All prices shown do not include tax and shipping fees.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION/SIZING CHART
While every effort is made to accurately describe our products, all bikinis are custom handmade and will have slight variation in product color, design or specification. Please refer to the sizing chart to determine the correct size of the bikini. If you're still unsure, please go to "contact us", complete the form and we'll assist you in anyway we can.
At this time, we accept payment through PayPal accounts and credit cards.
UNDELIVERED / RETURNED PACKAGES / REFUSED
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the delivery address is entered completely and correctly at the time the order is placed.
If your products are returned back to us we reserve the right to charge you for the costs incurred for the shipping of your parcel. Should you decide to have your order exchanged, we will request pre-payment of the applicable shipping fees. Should you decide to request a refund, we will refund the cost of the products only, minus the shipping cost, and minus 10% restocking fee. Returns can only be made if there is a defect in the bikini- sizing is not considered a defect.
SHIPMENT OF ORDERS
Kanoa Kinis products are all handmade and often times made to order. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for your order to be processed & dispatched.
When ordering in the weeks prior to major holidays, please check our Shipping & Delivery page for ordering deadlines and expected delays.
We do our utmost best to dispatch all orders within 7 business days. However, please note that we are not able to guarantee delivery times/dates and accept no responsibility for loss resulting from delivery delays.
All shipment will have a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages.
CHANGES TO ORDERS
Once an order has been placed the only change we can do is update the delivery address or cancel the order, provided it has not been shipped. If you wish to do so, email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
If you change your mind and wish to return a product, you must notify us of your intention by email within three (3) days of receiving your order with the exception of sale items/discounted code items which are final sale.
All return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
All return products must be new and in the original packaging with tags attached.
All return products must not be worn, washed, or altered. Hygiene Liner on the swimwear bottoms must not be removed.
All return will subject to 10% restocking fee and minus original shipping charge.
Returns can be mailed to: Kanoa Kinis 904 Silver Spur Road #333, Rolling Hills, CA 90274 (Please include a copy of packing slip for identification).
We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund for any items that are not in line with our return policies; returns not in compliance with our return policies are subject to being sent back at the customer's expense.
Please allow ten (10) business days for your return to be processed. The time it will take for the funds to appear on your credit card statement will very depending on the credit card company.
Any exchanges for size or style must notify us by email within three (3) days of receiving your order.
All exchange shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

If we do not have your product in stock for exchange, you may exchange it for a suit of the same value.

We do not do "local drop off/pick up" exchanges. All exchanges must be done via postal services.
Exchanges will not be sent out until we have received the original suit.
Exchanges may not be made on sale/discounted code items.
You may cancel your order at any time before shipping.
Please note that due to hygiene reasons, products must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered for refund and they must be returned to within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Security tag must be attached to the product and hygiene liner must not be removed. Refund will be issued after receipt of merchandise (excluding shipping cost and subject to 10% restocking fee).
The privacy and security of your personal information is our priority. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will never disclose your personal details to anybody. We use the information you provide to complete orders, keep you informed of the progress of your order & to send you further information. If you register your e-mail with us for new product updates, your e-mail address will not be passed on to third parties.
